Larry King was born on November 19, 1933, and Lawrence Harvey Zeiger died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Prior to that on January 2, 2021, Larry King was found to have been hospitalized after being declared positive for coronavirus (Covid-19).

"It is with deep sadness that Ora Media announces the passing of our founder, host and friend Larry King. For 63 years he appeared on radio, television and digital media; as well as thousands of interviews, awards and global recognition is testament to his unique and enduring talent as a broadcaster," Ora Media said in a statement.

King has been fighting death for a long time. He had prosta cancer and diabetes. In 1987, King suffered a heart attack that required surgery. 20 years later, she underwent surgery to remove a malignant tumor.

Earlier this year, King's two children, Andy King and Chaia King, died. Regardless, he released a new episode on Larry King Now's Youtube series. He previously also planned to make a podcasting broadcast in May 2020.

Larry King has always served as the star of the show he's directed. He just felt as a liaison between the source and the viewers. Larry King likes to ask short, straightforward questions, no matter who the source is, from the President of the United States, celebrities, or scandal-ridden figures or ordinary people. He believes short questions can provide the best answers.
